We have made every effort to make the site user-friendly, while simultaneously protecting your privacy. So, when you wish to order your first  item from us you may do so either as a guest or, as a PEC customer,  register your details and obtain a user name and password. This will enable you, speedily to login for all subsequent transactions.

We ask you to accept our terms and conditions of contract when purchasing any item from our website.

On placing an order you will be redirected to Barclays Bank's site to complete your credit/debit card transaction in payment. At this point you will be asked to provide the usual card details, with authentication. As noted elsewhere, PEC does not collect or store your card details on its own site.

You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been submitted and acknowledged for processing.
