Fully adjustable (3 axis) to accommodate even larger cameras like the Nikon D3s and Canon 1D MkIV, the finder does not attach in any way to your LCD. No velcro, sticky tape or elastics!

Its size is 20cm (8") long, 14cm (5.5") at its widest and 7.5 (3") high. Why is Cyclops as large as it is? The answer is immediately obvious when using the finder. Rather than having one eye "locked" to the viewfinder, a shooter can achieve critical focus from as far away as 36" from the camera! Both eyes can be used to frame/focus and there is no need to remove eye-glasses. Unlike typical viewfinders, you might look at Cyclops as an alternative to a monitor as a director and shooter can view images at the same time while using Cyclops! Future proofing (and we know camera LCDs are getting bigger!) is achieved by using interchangeable front/rear hood elements.

Note that for Canon 7D and T2i (which have lower LCD screens) we provide a special shim to raise the Cyclops to optimum height. So when ordering the Cyclops for any of these cameras, be sure to include a brief note in the comments box pointing it out and the shim will be included.

Also note that the sled option is not recommended on any camera with flip-out LCD screens like the 60D or GH1.

Using 100% steel ball bearings, the system uses our 100cm (39in) 15mm carbon rails, mounted in a tool-free system that offers amazing flexibility, strength and compactness for travel. The entire system is under 5lbs and can be disassembled for travel in about 60 seconds with no tools.

The Pegasus comes with either the standard 100mm bowl or you can schoose the Proteus Quick Release Base Plate with standard 1/4-20 camera thread, to equip the unit. Please note that the Pegasus does not include the 100mm ball, in case you prefer to work with your own, but the superb low profile Cinevate 100mm Ball can be added as a separate item.

The new, optional "All Terrain" legs give you extra height to deal with uneven ground. The over-molded, non-skid, ball feet are designed to withstand rough ground while being gentle enough not to damage delicate surfaces. With this system you can sit the unit anywhere.

We include 8 "rubber tires" so you can convert the system to table dolly mode with no tools...in about 60 seconds. Order the steel cable wheels and convert the same system (takes about 3 minutes) over for use on overhead cables.

The Z-Finder Pro 2.5x is another one of Zacuto’s Optical Viewfinders that allows DSLR cameras to have the correct form factor for video. It offers 2.5x focusable magnification (3x is available),a 40mm diameter Zacuto optical designed lens, an anti-fog coating protective cover, an eyecup preventing extraneous light leakage, a diopter and a field of view perfectly matched to 3” LCD screens. The diopter allows you to dial in the focus to match your eye. If you need extra focal point you can use the Z-Finder Extender Frames. The Z-Finder Pro 2.5x has a diopter range of -4.75 and up (unlimited with extender frames). These are semi-permanently stackable frames that attach to the skirt of the Z-Finder Pro and extend the Z-Finder glass further way from the LCD screen for people who are farsighted.

The Z-Finder Pro uses our Gorilla Baseplate and Z-Finder mounting frame to mount to the camera. The Gorilla Baseplate attaches to the bottom of your camera using a ¼ 20” screw and the Z-Finder mounting frame attaches to the Gorilla Baseplate using thumb screws. The rubber back mounting frame does not attach to your LCD; it is held in place against your LCD with pressure. This method allows you to quickly remove the Z-Finder Pro by snapping it off the frame. If you want to remove the entire mounting frame from your camera, you can do so by loosening the thumb screws and pulling up on the metal mounting frame to release it.

With the Z-Finder Pro, you are also a step closer to using one of our Gorilla Support Rigs, as they use the same baseplate as the base.

The Z-Finder Pro 2.5x includes:
- 3 Extender Frames
- Gorilla Plate with DSLR Short Body Frame (Canon 5D/7D type cameras)
- Lens Cap & Protective Boot

- 2.5x lens with an anti-fog coating protective cover

Please note:
1. The anti-fog coating protective covers are expendable. They act as a protective cover to your lens so your lens does not get damaged and they also help prevent the fogging of the lens. If you need extra anti-fog protective covers, in case they are scratched, lost, damaged, etc., they can be purchased separately here.

2. If you are using a battery grip on your small bodies DSLR camera, you will need this battery grip frame. If you have a taller body camera like the Canon 1D Mark IV you will need the tall body frame.

- The Z-finder is a magnifier and as such will magnify the sun and could damage the LCD screen if the sun is allowed to shine directly through the Z-finder lens. This is not a defect but a physical property. Caution should be taken to avoid sun magnification.

-The tapped holes on the bottom of the Gorilla plate are offset from the center of the lens. This is only a concern if you are using the Gorilla plate with other rigs that need the matte box in line with the lens/mounting screw hole.

You can order our Gorilla Plate Adapter below. Our Gorilla Plate Adapter centers the tripod holes on the bottom of the gorilla plate. Please note that this adapter does come with a longer 1/4 20" screw that will replace the smaller 1/4 20" screw that comes with the Gorilla Plate. You will need to take your screw out and use the longer one provided with the adapter to attach your camera to the plate.

-The gorilla plate covers the battery compartment door on the Canon T2i Camera. If that is a problem, we suggest using the adhesive frame.

The Genus Loupe Viewfinder is the ultimate tool for use with 3-inch LCD screens. With a 2.5X magnifying lens, the G-LV allows you to clearly see your images on a larger scale.

Easy to install and adjust, the Genus Loupe Viewfinder Kit comes with one black hood, one translucent hood, a mounting frame, magnifying lens  and a convenient lanyard.

When used with EOS 5D Mark II and EOS 7D the following are displayed on-camera:

The Z-Finder Jr. is one of Zacuto’s Optical Viewfinders that allows DSLR cameras to have the correct form factor for video. It offers 2.5x focusable magnification, a 40mm diameter Zacuto optical designed lens, an eyecup preventing extraneous light leakage, and a field of view perfectly matched to 3” LCD screens. The Z-Finder Jr. does not have a diopter instead it uses Z-Finder Extender Frames to adjust the focal point. The Z-Finder Jr's focal point is -2.75 and up (unlimited with extender frames). The Z-Finder Extender Frames attach to the skirt of the Z-Finder Jr. and allow you to semi-permanently stack the frames until the LCD screen is in focus for you. The Z-Finder Jr. uses a mounting bracket that must be sandwiched in between a tripod plate and the camera. The bracket mounts to the ¼ 20” screw on your tripod plate and the actual Jr. is held in place with pressure from the fork of the bracket it sits in. You also have the option to mount the Z-Finder Jr. using the Z-Finder Mounting Frame (snap fit adhesive mounting frame) which is also included.

We also added a lanyard hook on the outside of the Z-Finder Jr. so you can attach a Zacuto lanyard to it. This allows for the user to quickly take the Z-finder Jr. off and on when needed.

The Z-Finder Jr. includes:

- Lanyard and Lanyard Hook
- Lens Cap
- Z-Finder Snap Fit Mounting Frame

Warnings:
- If you are going to be moving between extreme environments, it is suggested that you use an anti-fog material. Zacuto sells the Fog Eliminator; 3 sheets for $5.00.

PLEASE NOTE: The Z-Finder JR (with included mounting bracket) will only work on small body DSLRs such as the Canon 5D/7D. If you would like to use a Z-Finder JR on a small body DSLR with a battery grip, or a taller body camera like the Canon 1D Mark IV, you will have to use the Gorilla Plate, as well as the battery grip frame or taller frame, or the snap fit mounting adhesive frame. The mounting bracket that is included with the Z-Finder JR only works on small body DSLR cameras.
